Michael is a civil trial attorney, with over 20 years of experience, and more than 100 jury trials to his credit. Michael has tried cases in State and Federal Courts from Dougherty County to Whitfield County, and everywhere in between, focusing primarily on matters involving Personal Injury, including Wrongful Death, Tractor Trailer, and Premises Liability cases. Michael is admitted to practice in the State of Georgia, U.S. District Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court, and is a certified Civil Trial Lawyer through the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Michael has also been awarded an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, and has been voted to the list of Super Lawyers, by his peers, from 2013 – 2023. Michael is a registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.
