Current Practice


Glenn is available to mediate privately or by booking through Miles Mediation. Glenn has been mediating with Miles Mediation since 2014. As a practicing trial attorney for more than 26 years, primarily representing Plaintiff's, Glenn brings a perspectice that most other mediators don't have. This has allowed Glenn to be among the most successful mediators at Miles, as he is able to forge a relationship with the Plaintiff and gain their trust in the mediation setting. Glenn’s law practice is focused on the areas of insurance claims and coverage issues as well as personal injury. Glenn has tried over 50 jury trials in both state and federal court, and he brings extensive trial experience to the mediation table.

Glenn earned a B.B.A. from the University of Georgia in 1989 with a degree in risk management and insurance. While at Georgia, Glenn was a sports broadcaster who did play by play for the UGA women’s basketball team and men’s baseball team. Glenn then went on to earn a law degree from the University of Tulsa, where he graduated with honors in 1992.

Memberships & Affiliations

Glenn is a past Chairman of the Civil Justice Political Action Committee. The Civil Justice PAC works with the Georgia Legislature to ensure that the courts of the State of Georgia remain open to all litigants and that the constitutional right to jury trial is preserved.

In addition to his law and mediation practice, Glenn frequently speaks at seminars on various litigation and mediation subjects, and was the co-Chair of the Auto Torts Seminar from 2005 – 2012.

Rates Information

For private mediations, my fee is $200 per party per hour for a 2 party mediation. There is no admin fee. For mediations booked through and held at Miles Mediation, my rate is $225 per party per hour for a 2 party mediation, plus the admin fee charged by Miles Mediation.
