His trial experience includes over 75 cases brought to verdict and the successful resolution of thousands more through mediation. Throughout his career, Charlie has developed deep expertise in litigation strategies and conflict dynamics. Charlie’s legal practice encompassed a broad spectrum of cases, including catastrophic bodily injury, wrongful death, construction defect claims, insurance coverage, and extra-contractual bad faith disputes involving various policy types.

Today, he applies that expertise to mediation, offering a 180-degree analysis of disputes and tailoring his approach to the unique challenges of each situation. He is particularly adept at navigating complex legal matters, seeing the big picture and facilitating a resolution. Charlie’s goal is to help parties find common ground and reach mutually satisfactory outcomes, recognizing that most disputes share underlying commonalities.
